Epic Overhead Prep!

9 of you lucky ducks are going to the full shoulder and overhead mobilization session. The rest of you will have to wait until class #2. But here are a couple of the components. Take a look and get ready for cfot Monday.

Facing the prospect of turning 40 as just another fat, middle-middle aged office worker - I stumbled upon Jerry Hill and CrossFit, and they both changed my life. I lost 30+ pounds, got stronger and faster; and became obsessed with learning as much as I could about how my body worked.

I soon found Kelly Starrett - the owner of San Francisco CF, and a Dr. of Physical Therapy. He had some interesting articles and videos on the crossfit.com website. For years I had exercised and gone to a chiropractor, but I was still out of shape and never rid of my issues. Crossfit got me in shape, so next I began to obsess over how to fix my aches and pains - on my own. When I met Kelly, it all clicked. He fixed my shoulder and my way of thinking.

His Mobility WOD videos came soon after and I have not missed a single one. Now, I am trying to make it easier for everyone else to get the most out of them.
